Adds Media Control, a native Rust plugin for OpenDeck on Windows.
It controls the active media player (Spotify, browsers, VLC, ...) through the
System Media Transport Controls. Actions: Play, Pause, Stop, Next and Previous.
If no media session is active, it falls back to simulating the matching hardware
media key.
